Job Description

Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all Human Resource (HR) functions and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. This individual must be a proactive, solutions-oriented professional with experience in compliance, employee relations, and a full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate brings both the judgment of a senior leader and the agility of a hands-on practitioner.
Primary Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance

Manage all HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, compensation administration, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) management, leave management, and personnel recordkeeping for employees.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR-related regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO.

Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies/procedures, standard operating procedures, and employee handbook updates.
