Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, HR Manager for a 6 Month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Lead on complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish, providing expert advice and guidance to managers.
  • Act as a trusted HR generalist, supporting across HR operations, policies and employee life cycle activities.
  • Support HR administration and maintain employee records using Bamboo HR.
  • Attend recruitment meetings where required, although there is a dedicated internal recruiter, so there is no hands-on recruitment responsibility.
  • Partner with managers to provide pragmatic HR advice across a range of people matters.
  • Profile:

    The successful temporary, HR Manager will have at least 5 years of experience working within a HR Manager position and will have had exposure to end to end ER case management.
