We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

+ Greet visitors, employees, and guests while maintaining a professional front desk presence.

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

+ Manage visitor check-ins, conference room scheduling, and office calendars.

+ Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and general administrative support.

+ Distribute mail, maintain office supplies, and assist with daily office operations.
