Summary of Position:
The Human Resource Generalist has broad, general responsibilities that include payroll, benefits, recruiting and administration. This position will have significant contact with employees and will be a support position to the HR Employment division of Human Resources.

- Complies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO and Health and Safety ISO policies and procedures

- Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget
- Performs additional assignments / duties as assigned
