Human resources generalist responsible for supporting HR services and systems including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance review tracking, benefits, payroll documentation, personnel records, and day‑to‑day HR department operations at Lake Shore Gold.

Responsibilities

  • Hourly recruitment efforts including maintaining recruitment trackers, managing applications, posting jobs and scheduling interviews, reference checking.
  • Employee orientation, performance review tracking, benefits & pension administration.
  • Process documentation for vacation, absences, and payroll prerequisites.
  • Filing and maintaining personnel records; assisting the HR Coordinator and supervisory team.
  • Ensuring compliance with company HR strategy and regulations.
