This Human Resources Generalist role supports a large manufacturing workforce in Temecula, CA. You will work fully onsite in a fast-paced plant environment, providing hands-on HR support to approximately 500 employees across two Southern California locations. The position focuses on employee engagement, HR administration, employee relations, and Spanish-language support for a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce.
Responsibilities
+ Walk the plant floor daily to engage with employees, build relationships, and proactively identify concerns before they escalate.
+ Conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding activities for an approximately 500-person workforce across multiple locations.
