Atlantic Operations is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited, an ASX listed gold producer and explorer with mining assets in Canada and Australia.

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist. This role is a full-time, permanent position, and will be based out of our Stellarton office.

The Opportunity:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to provide an efficient and effective end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Ensuring new hires are effectively onboarded (benefits, site orientation, payroll, etc.)
• Tracking and reporting on open roles and any challenges in filling roles
• Partnering with managers to resolve employee relations or discipline issues
• Advising managers on the requirements of the Nova Scotia Labour Standards Code.
