Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will support both employees and leadership with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.


The HR Generalist will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
