Human Resources Generalist - Randfontein

My client (FMCG) based in Randfontein , Johannesburg, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist .

JOB PURPOSE:

To deploy people management/human resources management processes in line with the human resources functional strategy with a key focus on Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition .

MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

• Employee Relations –
  • Management-union forums
  • Wage negotiations
  • Grievance hearings and Disciplinary hearings
  • Incapacity management
  • Dispute management: Conciliations, Arbitrations
  • Organisational restructuring (where applicable)
• Talent Acquisition – Compile resourcing/staffing plans, recruit, select, place and induct new talent in line with applicable turnaround times, company policies and Employment Equity targets
• HR Administration & Document Control – Implement “Hire to Resign/Retire...
