SUMMARY
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist provides day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees while administering core HR programs and processes. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, benefits and leave administration, employee relations support, performance management, and compliance activities. The HR Generalist ensures consistent application of HR policies and helps maintain an efficient, productive, and positive work environment.
