Human Resources Generalist

Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their manufacturing client on-site in Manila, AR. In this role we are seeking someone with experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting the following: Payroll operations, Timesheet management, onboarding, and ADP work. This role requires a seasoned HR professional, without an aversion to working on the floor to assist with effective communication in a manufacturing environment.

Hours & Schedule

• This is a 3 month contract with a possibility of extension for an additional 3 months.
• 40 hours a week
• Roughly 7:30am - 4:30pm

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Timesheets, On-boarding and associated CRM and ERP systems. (ADP, Factory Track, Ect)
• Extensive knowledge of FMLA, disability, and OSHA requirements.
