Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full cycle of HR processes in Portugal, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and full compliance with Portuguese labour law.

This role will support both the Lisbon office and the production site in Montijo. The position involves managing a growing team (currently up to 15 employees), with an expected increase of 2–3 new hires per month over the next 6–9 months.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment for both production and office roles, preferably within beverage production, food manufacturing, or FMCG industries, and will feel comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
