Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations : Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Payroll Processing : Accurately prepare and process payroll, including computing salaries, deductions, and generating payroll reports.
• Employee Benefits & Compliance : Administer employee benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.) and ensure timely compliance with government‑mandated reporting and contributions.
