Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and coordinate payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws
- Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and documentation
- Assist in performance evaluation and training programs
