We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and building strong relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs
Ensure positive candidate and new employee experience
Employee Relations
Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on policies
Support performance management processes
