Job Description
Crewlogix is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to manage and drive end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee training & development, performance management, employer branding, and HR operations, while contributing to strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
Training & Development
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads
Design and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs
