GDL Connect is looking for an HR Generalist. GDL Connect is a US company with a Nearshore operation in Guadalajara, Mexico that specializes in Mortgage, Real Estate, Insurance and other business solutions.

Functions

  • Onboard new Realtors joining the company.
  • Analyze documentation.
  • Upload documentation to different portals.
  • Follow up with the new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/High school completed or truncated.
  • Excellent handling of 90-100% English Experience in HR processes.
  • Availability of full shift schedule.
  • Analytical.
  • Great communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary $16,000-$18,000 (varies on experience).
