Human Resources Coordinator To coordinate and execute Human Resources processes to ensure the attraction, development, retention, and administration of human talent while maintaining compliance with labor laws, company policies, and automotive industry standards.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment processes for hourly, technical, and salaried positions.
- Oversee interviews, assessments, and hiring processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
