Role: HR Generalist Location: Bangalore / Mumbai Work Mode: Hybrid Job Type:   Full -Time Experience: 2–4 years (Preferably in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency) About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly — from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building. You’ll be the go-to person for all things “people” — ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision. Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.
2. HR Operations & Compliance Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Grat...
