Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day HR operations of a manufacturing facility by administering a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, performance management, and workforce planning. This role partners closely with production leadership, supervisors, and employees across multiple shifts to support business objectives, maintain workforce compliance, and foster a safe, productive, and engaged work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations
+ Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
+ Investigate employee relations issues, complaints, and policy violations, documenting findings and recommending appropriate action.
+ Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations throughout the facility.
