You'll be the go-to person for all things 'people' — ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.
