We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Aurora area that is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role across the full employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

As the HR Generalist, you'll support a wide range of human resources functions, including:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters
• Processing payroll using ADP (a significant portion of the role)
