We’re hiring a proactive HR Generalist to support core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and offboarding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can balance execution with empathy. You’ll work closely with the COO and leadership team to ensure HR systems, documentation, and team support are running smoothly, compliantly, and with a focus on employee experience.
