Position Overview  

We are seeking a well-rounded HR generalist to assist in our HR operations as we rapidly grow in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on visa processing, employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and other key HR functions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Manager and recruitment team to develop, implement and administer employee policies.
  • Will be responsible for processing work visas and relocation for new hires.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees. 
  • Provide high quality advice and service to management team on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
