Responsibilities
+ Serve as a Human Resources business partner for the facility, acting as a subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, benefits, and employee programs for the location.
+ Maintain and update HRIS records accurately and compile reports from the HRIS database as needed to support HR operations and decision-making.
