Key Responsibilities

Global HR Operations

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, Payroll, HR letters, and employment-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Support regional HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
