Hiring: HR Executive – HR Operations & Recruitment

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee query management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the US shift and handling complete HR lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Offer Rollout)
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews
Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
HR Operations:
Manage onboarding & documentation process
Maintain employee records and HR database
Support payroll inputs and attendance tracking
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordinati...
