Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to the administration and compliance of statutory requirements such as SOCSO, HRDF, Labour Office, Industrial Relations Department, and all matters related HR. This role supports the organization in ensuring HR policies, processes, and legal obligations are effectively implemented and maintained.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage monthly payroll for operator‑level employees, including attendance verification, overtime calculation, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions.
- Monitor and review HR policies and procedures for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the administration of cleaners and transportation services.
- Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring documentation.
