We're looking for a strong individual contributor to lead our HR & People Operations team and take it to the next level. This is going to be 70% Ops and 30% Talent Management. As an award-winning design agency, we have a well-defined and well-articulated culture - we're looking for an efficient leader who can not only ensure that we retain our values as we grow but also help us improve upon them.
Who are you?

has 1-3 years of experience in an HR Ops role
has a proven HR experience in fast-paced, collaborative working environment
has a sound understanding of organizational psychology
