The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling employee concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Conduct initial HR interviews
Manage salary discussions (as per management approval)
Issue offer letters and appointment letters
Handle complete onboarding process and documentation
