Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement. It plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and supporting workforce growth across retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail outlets-posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to keep shops humming.
