Creators Gram is looking for an experienced HR who can strategize and establish all the HR policies according to the aspired work culture we're trying to build here.

Job Description:

• Strategically plan the HR policies
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees- Non-Tech roles
• Continuously educate the team on company policies
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company work culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
• Foster cross-functional relationships
• Regularly interact with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have, and properly report to the Management daily
