Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive with strong recruitment experience to manage the complete A–Z hiring process for our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle independently
Call new applicants and schedule walk-in interviews
Conduct in-person interviews and shortlist relevant candidates
Onboard 4–5 employees per month to meet hiring targets
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/recruitment experience (call center experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable with the night shift (7 PM – 12 AM)
