Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive with strong recruitment experience to manage the complete A–Z hiring process for our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle independently
  • Call new applicants and 
    schedule walk-in interviews
  • Conduct in-person interviews and shortlist relevant candidates
  • Onboard 4–5 employees per month
     to meet hiring targets
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
  • Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/recruitment experience
     (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable with the night shift (7 PM – 12 AM)
