Job Description
We are looking for a HR Executive with strong recruitment experience to manage the complete A–Z hiring process for our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently
- Call new applicants and
schedule walk-in interviews - Conduct in-person interviews and shortlist relevant candidates
- Onboard 4–5 employees per month
to meet hiring targets - Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR/recruitment experience
(call center experience preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable with the night shift (7 PM – 12 AM)
