Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process to hire suitable candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the call center.
Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Payroll making
Requirements and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven work experience as an HR Generalist, recruiter, or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
