Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files

HR Operations & Administration

Manage employee data in HR systems (SQL Payrolls) and personnel files

Administer leave management, attendance, and employee benefits

Coordinate payroll data submission (OT, allowances, deductions)

Handle employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit processes

Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries

Support disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and investigations

Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture

Assist in organizing company events, activities, and engagement initiatives
