Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee data in HR systems (SQL Payrolls) and personnel files
- Administer leave management, attendance, and employee benefits
- Coordinate payroll data submission (OT, allowances, deductions)
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit processes
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and investigations
- Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture
