Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement. The role involves managing recruitment, initiating training programs, overseeing attendance and HR records, promoting company culture, and supporting HR projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.
• Collaborate with department heads and tech leads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent and maintain recruitment metrics.
• Identify training needs in coordination with department leads and initiate relevant training programs, including planning, execution, and tracking of outcomes, covering both technical upskilling and soft skills development.
