The role involves managing recruitment, initiating training programs, overseeing attendance and HR records, promoting company culture, and supporting HR projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with department heads and tech leads to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent and maintain recruitment metrics.
  • Identify training needs in coordination with department leads and initiate relevant training programs, including planning, execution, and tracking of outcomes, covering both technical upskilling and soft skills development.
