Human Resources Executive

Waada is seeking an energetic and results-driven HR Executive with strong experience in bulk hiring for call center sales roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for call center sales agents
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with operations teams
Maintain hiring data, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in call center bulk hiring / mass recruitment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
