Job Description

Handle full cycle of recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.

Calculate and process monthly payroll for employees including basic salaries, overtime and allowances.

Monitor and verify attendance records and manage employee leave balances to ensure accurate payroll calculations.

Compute and apply statutory deductions including EPF, SOCSO, HRDF and income tax.

Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, employment status, and benefits information.

Assist in conducting performance reviews for employee promotions, bonuses, salary increments, and staff confirmations.

Draft and issue formal letters and internal memos.

Involve in internal and external audits for ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 22000 to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

General administration and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
