About the Role:
Krish-V Global Interiors is looking for a proactive HR Executive to handle daily HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, confidential, and capable of supporting the company’s HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain attendance and HR records
- Ensure HR compliance and policies implementation
- Assist in employee engagement and HR operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong communication skills (English required, Kannada/Hindi preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
