Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our
growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our people operations,
managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent to
ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time. This is a perfect opportunity for
someone with 1–2 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise across
Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (TA)
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and agencies.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess culture fit and technical alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring
managers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates and manage the Applicant
Tracking System (ATS).
