Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with HOD to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
HR Operations: Administer and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs. Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.
