Job Description
The HR Director is a senior people‑operations leader responsible for driving HR strategy, culture, and operational excellence across the organization. This on‑site role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and provides day‑to‑day leadership to the HR team. The HR Director ensures HR practices support organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and a high‑performance, people‑first culture.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership — Partner with the VP of HR to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and long‑term workforce needs.
