Position Overview:

As Director of Human Resources, you will build trusted advisor relationships with all levels of management groups, partner with client business units to apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence and credibility with management and employees. The Director/ is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and budgeting of global HR strategic company initiatives in one or more of the following areas: employment, compensation, HR operations, expats and organizational development.
