This role provides day-to-day HR leadership, guidance, tools, and support across all areas of human resources, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational needs. The Human Resources Director serves as a champion of Transdev's values, consistently demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the company's vision and operating principles. In partnership with the Labor Relations team, this position supports collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration, and other labor-related matters to foster productive employee and union relationships. The Human Resources Director supports the General Manager in cultivating a culture of optimism, respect, professionalism, service excellence, and collaboration.
