Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for HR data entry and maintenance of HR system activities associated with employee information, while maintaining a high level of data integrity for assigned sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee related transactions (job, personal, and benefit) into various HRIS tools including SAP HR and/or Employee Central.
  • Maintain Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast of company-wide organizational changes.
  • Critically evaluate Employee Change Forms for accuracy and adherence to company policies and protocol. Work with local HR teams to resolve data integrity issues where appropriate.
  • Support the communication and interpretation of Jabil’s HR systems strategies, procedures & compliance requirements.
