Human Resources Cum Accounts Officer

Job Summary

Manage HR and accounting functions including payroll preparation, accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and renewal follow-ups to support smooth business operations in a Bukit Batok office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with senior staff in Mandarin to facilitate smooth information exchange
  • Manage email correspondence related to HR and accounting matters promptly and professionally
  • Record and process accounting entries for incoming and outgoing payments to maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare bi-monthly and monthly payroll for all staff, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement
