Job Description

Summary: The individual will assist in the completion of organizational responsibilities in all functional areas within Human Resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Process employment applications, conduct background checks, and maintain tracking logs.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ensure completion of all onboarding documents.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and 30/60/90-day reviews.

Time & Attendance Administration

  • Set up new hires in Jantek/timekeeping systems and issue key fobs/employee IDs.
  • Review and update time and attendance records; submit finalized hours to HR Generalist.
  • Run weekly attendance reports, support attendance management, and conduct call‑in/no‑show follow-ups.
