Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Snr HR Coordinator to join our client's team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role reports to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
